On a day filled with for the Patriots, New England received some good news on the field.
Center Bryan Stork Thursday after missing Sunday's win over the Colts with a right knee injury, per the Boston Herald. The lineman's involvement meant every Patriots player had at least a limited amount of participation ahead of XLIX.
Stork was replaced by Ryan Wendell in the title game after first hurting his knee in New England's win over the Baltimore Ravens.
It's an excellent start to the team's week, with New England set to sport its entire starting line against a Seattle pass rush that promises to bring the heat.
Here are some other injury notes from Thursday's injury report:
- Seahawks safety Earl Thomas missed practice with a shoulder injury. This is something to keep an eye on.
- Seahawks guard J.R. Sweezy was also out with an ankle problem. Tackle Justin Britt was back on the practice field and looks ready to play next week.
- Linebacker Dont'a Hightower and receiver Brandon LaFell were among the Patriots to have limited participation, but they are expected to be ready for the big game.
