Lamar Jackson is heading into the 2026 season swinging.
The two-time NFL MVP has added boxing to his offseason regimen.
Unlike the comment section on social media, we don't need to get into Jackson's technique. Unnecessary. However, it's clear the star quarterback looks slimmed down in his videos.
"I salute every boxer out there đź’Ż," Jackson wrote on one of his videos with , a self-described high-performance boxing and strength coach.
Jackson is coming off an injury-plagued campaign that held him to just 13 games. He earned 2,549 passing yards and 21 touchdowns with seven interceptions with a 63.6 completion percentage. Compare that to his 2024 Pro Bowl campaign, when he generated 4,172 yards with 41 TDs and just four INTs, while completing 66.7 percent.
The Ravens recently restructured Jackson's contract to create roughly $40 million in salary cap space after sides couldn't agree on a new deal before the start of free agency.
Entering Year 9, Jackson is under pressure to finally get over the playoff hump. With new coach Jesse Minter taking over, Jackson is running a new offense under first-time play-caller Declan Doyle, it's a pivotal season for the dual-threat QB.
At the very least, Jackson looks like he's in shape to attack the season.
