After a historic rookie season, Bowers didn't quite hit those heights in a sophomore effort curtailed from the start by knee troubles. But the dynamic tight end still made a second consecutive Pro Bowl team and had breakout moments during a lost campaign for him and the Raiders. His standout showing came in his return from injury in Week 9, when he was targeted on more than a third of his 36 routes, hauling in 12 receptions for 127 yards and three scores in a narrow loss to playoff-bound Jacksonville. After a coaching and offensive overhaul, Las Vegas will hope for more of that from Bowers in Year 3 -- and potentially a third straight Top 100 ranking.

The gamer led the Broncos on a league-high seven game-winning drives last season and piloted them to a thrilling Divisional Round victory over Buffalo, throwing three TDs, including one in the fourth quarter. Unfortunately, Nix injured his ankle setting up Denver's game-winning field goal in overtime and missed the AFC title game. But before the setback, the former first-round pick did enough in his 18 games played to merit a second ranking within the top 65 in as many NFL seasons.

Collins is back on the Top 100 after a third consecutive 1,000-yard campaign and second straight Pro Bowl season in Houston. C.J. Stroud's top target, the sixth-year pass catcher was as reliable as they come in 2025 until he missed the Texans' Divisional Round exit with a concussion. Despite offseason trade rumblings, Collins is back in Houston and ready to uplift the embattled Stroud in a critical 2026 season.
NFL Pro Insight for : Collins totaled 918 receiving yards from wide alignment in 2025, sixth in the NFL, averaging 2.4 yards per route, sixth among players with at least 250 routes from such alignment. Collins also aligned out wide to the boundary on 46.3% of his snaps, the highest mark of any player with at least 400 total snaps.

Dawkins has parlayed a fifth straight Pro Bowl campaign into his third consecutive appearance on this ranking. Protecting Josh Allen's blind side with ease will do that for you. The 32-year-old left tackle boasts a big body and an ever bigger personality, making him a favorite of analysts and podcast hosts alike. He also endeared himself to an entire position group when he helped develop the Protector Award, which is now given out at NFL Honors to the league's top offensive lineman. That alone is worth this peer recognition.

The Eagles' Super Bowl defense didn't go as planned, but despite Philly's wild-card exit, its quarterback still enjoyed a successful season. Hurts threw for a career-high 25 touchdowns and rushed for eight more en route to a third Pro Bowl bid in four years. The QB's decreased completion percentage and use in the run game likely contributed to his 37-spot drop in this year's list, his lowest ranking since before his 2023 debut at No. 3. But Hurts remains one of the NFL's top dual-threat signal-callers entering his seventh NFL season, with or without the departed A.J. Brown.

The successful introduction of George Pickens into the Dallas offense meant fewer targets, receptions, yards and touchdowns for Lamb in 2025 -- and an inevitable drop in his fifth straight appearance in the annual NFL Top 100. However, Lamb's 20-spot decline is no barometer for his talent level, which hasn't fallen off. The five-time Pro Bowler remains a WR1-caliber target for Dak Prescott -- and could be again in ensuing years if the tagged Pickens leaves in free agency next spring. Until then, Lamb will continue to put up big numbers, as he seeks his sixth straight 1,000-yard campaign in 2026.
NFL Pro Insight for : Lamb was 11th in the NFL with 1,077 receiving yards in just 14 games played, his fifth consecutive season with at least 1,000 yards. Hall of Famer Michael Irvin is the only other player in Cowboys history to have at least 1,000 receiving yards in five straight seasons.

Warner remains one of the game's top off-ball linebackers, but a devastating ankle injury in Week 6 meant he was sidelined for the final three months of the season. As a result, his peers appear to have left him off their ballots, and Warner, a perennial top-20 player, has fallen into the 50s. It's all surely setting up for a major comeback for Warner, who was coming off a third-straight All-Pro campaign and allowing the lowest completion percentage over expected (-18.9%) among linebackers at the time of his 2025 injury.
NFL Pro Insight for : The 49ers defense allowed 7.9 yards per attempt on play-action passes when Warner was off the field in 2025 (105 passes), compared to just 5.5 yards per attempt when he was on the field (40 passes).

The NFL's reigning receiving touchdowns leader was rewarded by his peers with a return to the Top 100 after a bizarre hiatus. Adams' first year with Matthew Stafford's Rams could not have gone much better, even though he was shut out of 1,000 receiving yards for the first time since 2019 and 800 for the first time in a decade. Stafford looked Adams' way nearly every time Los Angeles reached the red zone, which was quite often in 2025. Though receiving mate Puka Nacua saw the reception and yardage production, Adams was the closer. The Rams hope they can turn the 33-year-old's "return" to prominence into a Super Bowl run in 2026.

In his fifth straight Pro Bowl season, Wirfs bounced back from an early-season knee injury to protect Baker Mayfield's blind side down the stretch. Though Tampa Bay missed the postseason in 2025 for the first time since before Tom Brady joined the team in 2020, Wirfs enjoyed a more positive first during the campaign. The two-time All-Pro caught his very first NFL touchdown pass, a 2-yard haul from Mayfield in the second quarter of a Week 13 win over Arizona. Wirfs may have fallen 24 spots in this year's ranking, but he didn't drop that once-in-a-lifetime score.

The Iceman cameth into his own in 2025. Williams, in his first year under Bears coach Ben Johnson, proved to be one of the most clutch and elusive QBs in football, leading a league-high six fourth-quarter comebacks. After taking an NFL-worst 68 sacks in his rookie campaign, Williams was taken down just 24 times in his second season. Most impressively, aside from the highlight-reel throws and escapes, the QB led Chicago to its first division title since 2018 and first playoff win since 2010. What's next for the Madden NFL 27 cover athlete after his NFL Top 100 debut? Perhaps becoming the first Bears QB to throw for at least 4,000 yards in a season.
